Integration in Devoteam completed

Weiterstadt, 4 May 2009 – Devoteam, a leading IT consulting group in Europe has completed the integration of the acquired Danet GmbH. The acquisition of the German IT consulting and service company located near Frankfurt a.M. took place in January 2009 and enables Devoteam to gain a foothold in the German market. Danet now trades under the name of Devoteam Danet. The company’s subsidiaries in Austria and Great Britain have already been integrated into Devoteam’s operations in these countries.

Within the completion of the integration, the company has also relaunched its website. The company’s name Devoteam Danet and its new corporate design stand for both the benefit of belonging to the global player Devoteam Group headquartered in France and for the  continuity of the business in the German market (for details please refer to www.danet.com and www.devoteam.de service offering portfolio of Devoteam Danet, the German arm of the Devoteam Group, includes the three business segments Consulting, IT Solutions and IT Services. It is planned to gradually expand the individual solutions and services offering with its focus on the industries.).The

For the German-based Danet was the acquisition by Devoteam Group the right step at the right point in time. Combining the strengths of the two companies will definitely increase their market position: Devoteam Danet, on the one hand, can benefit from the know-how and size of a Group which is internationally active in 25 countries and, on the other hand, with the future joint activities, it will be possible to successfully implement complex projects internationally. With respect to the German market, Devoteam Danet will be in a significant position to represent the Group in the largest ICT market in Europe where Devoteam has not been present previously.
